Sharon Mumford, SHRM– SCP
With 20+ years of HR experience across industries, Sharon is a fractional HR executive, consultant, and leadership coach who helps growing businesses get their people ops in shape without the corporate HR blah. Her superpower? Blending strategic insight with a down-to-earth, “let’s fix this” approach.
She’s worked with scrappy startups, scaling teams, and everything in between, bringing clarity to compliance, streamlining HR chaos, and coaching leaders to be more confident (and less overwhelmed). Her mission: make HR actually helpful.
When she’s off the clock, Sharon’s usually hiking, paddleboarding, or out with her American bulldog, Churro. She also loves discovering new restaurants with her chef husband, and believes that whether it’s business or dinner, the right mix of strategy, spice, and heart makes all the difference.
Matt Meneghini
Matt is a seasoned Talent Acquisition pro with 20+ years of experience helping companies find the right people—and build the right teams. With a background that spans recruiting, consulting, and operations, he brings a sharp eye for talent and a strategic mindset to every search.
He’s led hiring initiatives for startups and global companies alike, across industries like manufacturing, food production, transportation, and more. Whether he’s scaling a team or fine-tuning a hiring process, Matt’s all about making recruiting smarter, faster, and more human.
Outside of work, Matt is a proud dad of three, an outdoor enthusiast, and always up for a ski day or a new trail.
Amanda Rehfeld
Payroll/ HR Assistant
Amanda R. keeps payroll running smoothly at Mumford HR, making sure employees get paid accurately and on time (because happy paydays make for happy people). With a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s in Counseling, she’s the perfect mix of number-cruncher and people-listener.
She handles payroll functions, supports system upgrades, and works closely with vendors and HR teams to keep things compliant and efficient. Amanda’s knack for precision pairs perfectly with her thoughtful, people-first approach, earning her a reputation for reliability and calm under pressure.
In short: she’s the one you want making sure your systems (and your people) are in good hands.
